Sponsorship Agreement

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ladies of Disasters ("Organization") and the Sponsoring Company ("Sponsor") as outlined in the executed sponsorship proposal.

1. Sponsorship Commitment

Sponsor agrees to provide the financial commitment specified in the sponsorship package selected. Payment terms and invoicing will be outlined in the separate sponsorship proposal document.

2. Benefits & Deliverables

The Organization agrees to provide all benefits outlined in the sponsorship tier selected by Sponsor. Benefits may include logo placement, event tickets, speaking opportunities, marketing recognition, and other items as specified.

3. Logo & Brand Usage

Sponsor grants the Organization permission to use the Sponsor's company logo and name in marketing materials, websites, and event promotions. Sponsor will provide final logo files and brand guidelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon execution of this Agreement unless otherwise specified in the sponsorship proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of sponsorship benefits pending receipt of full payment.

5. Term & Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, sponsorship benefits apply for a 12-month period from the date of execution. Renewal options will be discussed 60 days prior to agreement expiration.

6. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its respective intellectual property. Neither party may use the other's intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Modifications

The Organization reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of material modification, Sponsor will be notified and given the option to adjust sponsorship level accordingly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Sponsor is responsible for sponsorship commitments through the notice period.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state law.
