Sponsorship Agreement

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ladies of Disasters ("Organization") and the Sponsoring Company ("Sponsor") as outlined in the executed sponsorship proposal.

1. Sponsorship Commitment

Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a sponsorship is agreed upon, full payment is due the same day to secure the sponsorship. Ladies of Disasters does not place holds on sponsorship opportunities without payment. Upon receipt of payment, the sponsorship is considered confirmed and secured. All sponsorship payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including cancellation by the Sponsor. Sponsorship benefits and recognition will begin once payment has been received and processed.

2. Benefits & Deliverables

The Organization agrees to provide the benefits associated with the sponsorship package selected by the Sponsor. Benefits may vary by sponsorship level and may include, but are not limited to, logo placement, event admission tickets, speaking opportunities, marketing and promotional recognition, social media exposure, signage, and other sponsorship benefits as outlined in the selected sponsorship package.

3. Logo & Brand Usage

The Sponsor authorizes Ladies of Disasters to use the Sponsor's company name, logo, and approved branding materials in connection with event promotions, marketing materials, social media, website content, and other sponsorship-related communications. The Sponsor is responsible for providing current logo files and any applicable brand guidelines necessary for promotional use.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon execution of this Agreement unless otherwise specified in the sponsorship proposal. All Ladies of Disasters event registrations and sponsorship payments are non-refundable. We appreciate your support and understanding as all funds are used to secure venues, materials, and event-related expenses.

5. Term & Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, sponsorship benefits apply for a 12-month period from the date of execution. Renewal options will be discussed 60 days prior to agreement expiration.

6. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its respective intellectual property. Neither party may use the other's intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Modifications

The Organization reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of material modification, Sponsor will be notified and given the option to adjust sponsorship level accordingly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Sponsor is responsible for sponsorship commitments through the notice period.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state law.
